Hey there! We're Down Home Traditions, LLC., and we're all about preserving the good stuff right here in North Georgia. Mary Elbaz, the brains behind this operation, has been canning up a storm for nearly 30 years. She's a real pro, and you can taste it in every jar.
What sets us apart? It's all in the ingredients. We're all about local, non-GMO produce. We figure if we're going to can something, it better start with the best stuff we can find.
